Calendars of almost any size and form can be a powerful advertising tool. As with any other products the bigger the item, the better the display of your logo and company name. In this respect wall calendars are one of the most effective ones. The stick up calendars are also a promotional item to consider if you decide on calendars. The calendars are one of the few items that carry your message and information both in other business and in the houses of the customers.

When you give wall calendars, stick up calendars or pretty much any other type of calendars your advertising is visible at least for 365 days, thus anyone that sees it on a regular basis will have time to get used with the name of your business and its activity and more likely to contact you if they need something that your company offers. This is very beneficial for your business because you will get more loyal customers.

If you provide quality services your customers will most likely prefer you even if your prices are a bit higher than other similar businesses or even if you are not as well known as your competitors. The simple fact that a person sees your name and logo everyday can be a way of advertising. Even if the receiver of the calendar does not become your customer they can always recommend you or mention your name to other people he or she knows.

Depending on how you make your calendars you can make them be kept even after the year is gone. A lot of times people will keep calendars with beautiful photos, or if the calendars have writing spaces they are sometimes glued in scrapping books. If the pocket calendars are usually thrown away after the year ends, the wall calendars that lately have more than the actual 12 months included are kept around for longer periods of time. Thus the time you advertise your name and business though the same promotional item is extended.

Since calendars are pretty durable they make good collectibles, whether we talk about the wall calendars or any other calendar. So the more customized your calendar is the better the chances to be kept around even if it is not useful anymore. Also small calendars are easier to get lost or misplaced and thus you have to print a bigger quantity to make sure your customers can get several of them in the hope that they will at least remain with one. A bigger calendar that can be put on a wall is first of all a more personal one because your employees have to hand it out.

Since you are handing out the calendars you are actually minimizing the risk of wasting the money invested in the promotional item because bigger items are more difficult to be lost. Calendars can also be considered a necessity. Everyone goes to school or to work, has appointments they need to go to in different days and dates or they simply like to know the date. Calendars are a good way of keeping track of your friends birthdays, or your clients important dates, or why not, the holidays. A wall calendar or a desk calendar makes it easier for you to lift your head from your paperwork and check the date or set an appointment. Thus the person that checks the date will also observe your logo, company name and remember your advertising.
