If you are among those that continue to feel bad because they are now past fifties or sixties, I have some news for you. You don't have to "look" fifty years or sixty years. Yes, you can "grow" old to fifty years or sixty years, but who says you must "look" it. A simple anti aging tip is to always dress as if you were still in your twenties or thirties and always have that smile of youth that you had when you were young. You will be surprised that you will begin looking as young as you "feel", regardless of your age.

The ability to reverse or back pedal the aging process is what makes anti aging such a trip. Even if you weren't interested back when you first heard about it, you would be now when you hear of those who have lived to be a hundred when they would and should have died at fifty. Or most importantly, those who still "look" and "feel" thirty or forty when they are actually up to sixty of even seventy years old.

For most people, the biggest problem with life on earth is that it ends. How wonderful would it be if you could live forever? How sweet, if you had all the time in the world to right your wrongs and teach the next generation? How wonderful, if all the anti aging programs you had on actually worked to completely reverse aging? This is why so many people have devoted so much of their lives to making this happen, and they continue to try despite some challenging failures. For such people I would say - Go right on. Someday, soon, we would have achieved an incredible progress in anti aging that was seen as impossible many years ago.

You know why the ancient people of old lived so long? Because they had little to worry about-- they did not worry about taxes or insurance. They also did not worry about foreclosure or divorce. And most of all, they did not worry about getting old. That, in all honesty, is the trick to defeating old age.

Many practices adopted by alternative medicine have been shunned over the ages as begin barbaric and... well, archaic. Now, even as technology and medicine advance, a lot of them are seeing the light of day as being ideal for life extension and anti aging processes. If you have any knowledge of them, it could be helpful to you too.

Maybe the reason people don't get to live so long these days is that the world we now live in is a polluted one. Perhaps if someone was locked up in some kind of incubator, and fed only with specific foods, and kept from all the diseases that plague the world today, perhaps such a person can live longer. Only, would such a thing really be practicable? What then would be the purpose of such a life?

The Fountain of Youth is a fabled spring that has the power to restore youth to anyone who drinks of its waters. Although it has never been found. Many people still think of it as real, and travel to various parts of the State of Florida in vain attempts to locate it. It is a wonder people take these things for real.

Perhaps the reason why there are so many people hunting for solutions to old age is that of people who go about painting negative pictures of this most fulfilling portion of one's life. If say someone was able to think of it in a more positive light, one would not hate or fear it so much. Rather, one would accept it.
