The portable system by Sony called the Playstation Portable (PSP) is one of the most popular video games systems every introduced. It's small size, yet amazing play and graphics have created a dream system that millions own.

Like with all major video games systems though, the PSP can get very expensive! Each game or movie you buy may cost you over $50! With these kinds of high prices, it can be hard to afford to have a PSP...

But, we're in luck because the PSP is built with software and a memory slot. This means that we can just as easily install games right on the system.

Now, you have the ability to get any PSP game, movie or music file (and more) you want for absolutely free because you can simply use the internet to download it!

If you're looking to download PSP files, you have a few options to get you started.

1: Search on Google or Yahoo

You can just as easily go to Google and type in the name of the game followed by "download for psp" and you'll start getting results.

The up-side here is you can probably find the file at no cost. But, there are many down-sides as well.

One of the major risks you take with Option 1 is that you could end up downloading a virus-ridden file.

2: Trade with Your Friends

Remember, you can always copy directly the games, movies, music and other files if you know someone that has what you want - it's easy with PSP.

The advantage here is that you know the source the file is coming from and can trust it. The disadvantage here is what if your friend does not have the game you're looking for?
