"Condominiums are one of hottest growth markets in real estate. They really took off in the 1970's and

1980's and after a brief lull, they are again on the fast growth track. A condo offers your property

ownership and long term stability alongside the convenience of apartment style living.

Condominiums are a step up from traditional apartment living

where you rent on a monthly basis and really have no sense of ownership or feeling that you can put

value into your home. When you move away from your apartment, all of your equity is gone. A

condominium is a like a home in that you can sell it whenever you want to and your monthly mortgage

payment is building you equity.

Condos avoid some of the hassles of owning a home. You don't have to worry about outdoor

maintenance. Your monthly fees go to support the maintenance of shared facilities and landscaping.

Because of this, your home is always a beautiful home to come home to. You always have high quality

living. The condo owner's association ensures that all owners keep their property up to standard and

that means a better resale value for you.

Condominiums are also very easy to buy. Since they are all completed as a project and the prices are

more affordable than a new single family home, you can find exactly the kind of condo you want at the

first you can afford. It's easy to experience easy condo living.
